And it is because of episodes like this that I am glad I stuck with Lost and why all the bitching about the show annoys me.
Holy shit! Locke!
Holy shit! Jacob!
...Locke is not dead. I could even see us thinking he's dead for awhile and then having him magically appear as Uber-Locke the White as much as (a) season(s) down the road. (...Or he could just be back in action come next episode.) Either way I refuse to believe he's dead, especially since the island freakin' loves him and Jacob wants his help.
Speaking of Jacob, wtf? And wow. This whole episode was so creepy. And I love it.
And what's with eye-line guy? Does he not age, or is that merely a casting issue? And why is Ben above him?
Current!Ben is so creepy, but kiddie!Ben was adorable. I'll hypothesize that his friend was at one time pregnant with his kid and died, and that's why he's obsessed with the pregnancy thing. Or he thinks he brought the problem to the island.
First though upon seeing his mother: smoke monster? It did, after all, take on Eko's brother's form. It even spoke to Eko, didn't it? ...Is Jacob the smoke monster? Somehow? Maybe? No?
Also, one last thing, I love how we get no reaction from Kate about her potentially being pregnant. ...Maybe that scene was cut... *shifty eyes*
