Because I am obsessive...

All right, my efforts to discover the secrets of the blank page have thus far yielded no fruits, but I refuse to give up! gyhahaha. **claps hands over ears and yells, "lalalalala-not-listening!" whilst others explain in calm, soothing tones that it's just a piece of paper** Seriously, the other night I actually broke out the hair dryer in an attempt to see if the heat would reveal any hidden messages ala National Treasure, a movie which I surprisingly didn't dislike. I mean, I loath Nicholas Cage (I do cut him some slack for Adaptation, but ugh. Still not a fan.), but I was able to ignore him. And, really, I actually enjoyed the movie. Of course, there were some good moments to make fun of, of which we naturally took advantage. I loved how every evil guy was foreign- and they were all like different nationalities. ...But I digress.
The hairdryer thing was useless. And I succeeded only in blowing a huge stack of my manuscript, which in my genius I had decided not to staple, all over the place. Yet, I will persevere. **cue melodramatic music and semi-transparent flapping American flag backdrop** I will not little things like ruined manuscripts or reality stand in my way! I will shed light on the mysterious blank paper and gain the knowledge there written! I will triumph!!
...
...ahem... Yes.
