In perhaps a very ill-advised undertaking in the months leading up to my wedding, I have undertaken to explore all of the various flavors in current production by Ben and Jerry's, taking it two pints a month. I entertained the idea of actually reviewing each for my own personal amusement, but I don't see myself having the time. Therefore, I shall implement a five star system. (Seriously, are there even going to be any one star ice creams?)

First up!

Peanut Brittle: *****
Peanut Brittle Ice Cream with Peanut Brittle Pieces & a Caramel Swirl
Five stars! Bam! I've always loved peanut brittle, but it's just too sticky for me. So this concept is perfect for me!

Boston Cream Pie: ****
Boston Cream Pie Ice Cream with Yellow Cake Pieces, Fudge Flakes & Swirls of Pastry Cream
Four stars! Very good, but I like the cake and pudding version better!

Late Night Snack: ****
Really interesting. I'm not big on vanilla bean bases, but everything else was pretty damn good.

Peanut Buttercup: *****
Featuring Reeses. Enough said.

Red Velvet: *****
Tastes almost exactly like a red velvet cake. Well played.

FroYo Cherry Garcia: ***
Not a big Cherry Garcia fan, but we couldn't tell the difference between the froyo and the original...
